I think I’ve been writing this sort of thing twice a year – at the end of each semester. No matter what shool is it, if it was a highschool or now a collage. No matter which collage is it. I’ve been writing this all over again for years! I think it’s been about 10 now! Or even more.

But chill, chill…

Now I know there is no point in stressing and rushing and wanting it so desperately. It just doesn’t work! Damit! It does NOT work.

So why I keep doing it? Why am I doing the same mystake all over again?!

It’s all about being chill and doing things when they are supposed to be done.

It’s all about being active. And I like being active! I try to be active all the time! I just have to guide my activity into studies, into education, into work. I like being active and meeting people. So now I have to try to guide my activity into studies, education and work and all of that involves meeting and working with people!! Yes! That’s my target )

It’s been years since I tried to start it. I had it running when I was young but than it stopped. It vanished.. Or maybe I just stopped it? I carelessly allowed it to stop. I didn’t care about it.

Today. Now.

Measuring 189 cm I weight 104 kg which equals 29.1 of BMI. With that hight I sould have between 67 (What?!) and 88 kg. Average – 78 kg PP 104-78 = 26 kg! Seems that I’m approximately 26 kg overweight! Damn…

Let’s say I have a body type that puts me in „wyz zak” and 85 would be good for me it’s still nearly 20 kg to „zb”
